Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Here is our policy on order cancellations at Lumora Home.

Cancelling an Order

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@getlumorahome.us. Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Please include your order number so we can locate your purchase quickly. Your cancellation is confirmed only when you receive confirmation from our team.

Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. You may request a return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy once you have received the item(s).

Made-to-Order or Personalised Items

If an item is identified as made-to-order or personalised, cancellations are not accepted once production has begun, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds on Cancellations

If your cancellation is approved before dispatch, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
