Your Privacy Choices

At Lumora Home, we respect your right to control how your personal information is used. This page outlines the privacy choices available to you when visiting our website, getlumorahome.us.

Opt Out of Marketing Communications

You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of a marketing email or by contacting us at support@getlumorahome.us.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential communications about your orders or service requests.

Manage Cookies

You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Depending on your location, you may also have the option to accept, reject, or manage non-essential cookies through our website’s cookie preferences.

Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect your experience on our website.

Visit our Cookies Policy for more details.

Access, Correct, or Delete Your Data

Depending on your location and applicable privacy laws, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccuracies, or request deletion of your data.

To make a request, contact us at support@getlumorahome.us.

We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. Certain information may need to be retained to fulfill legal obligations, complete transactions, or resolve disputes.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We may share personal information with service providers to process orders, arrange deliveries, provide customer support, and operate our website.

If we use advertising technologies that disclose personal information for targeted advertising, those disclosures may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable privacy laws.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to opt out of these activities. You can submit an opt-out request by contacting support@getlumorahome.us or using the applicable privacy controls available on our website.
